Topic: Primary care and diabetes foot care – have we put our foot in it? Australian research and what we can do to make a difference
Speaker: Dr Rajna Ogrin

Her work aims to optimise health and well-being through co-design and community-based, person-centred interprofessional care, to better facilitate translating evidence into practice, focusing on older people. She is also the Chair of the Primary Care Diabetes Society.
